What items are not allowed at Megabon?
Please Kōkua, we want to keep Megabon fun and safe for everyone so we ask you to refrain from bringing any of the following:
🚫 Weapons, Fireworks, Explosives, & Dangerous Items - including firearms, knives, and other deadly or dangerous weapons. See HRS Chapter 134 and applicable UH/LCC policies.
🚫 Illegal Drugs
🚫 Outside Food, Beverages, Alcohol - EMPTY reusable water bottles are permitted. Exceptions for medical disability-related, and infant needs.
🚫 Smoking, Vaping, & Tobacco Products
🚫 Pets & Animals - service animals permitted in accordance with applicable law.
🚫 Poles, Sticks, Lasers, Balloons, & Confetti
🚫 Bicycles, Skateboards, Rollerblades, Scooters, & Similar Devices - unless authorized by Megabon. Mobility devices permitted.
🚫 Drones & Remote-Controlled Devices - unless authorized by Megabon
🚫 Oversized Bags
Backpacks: 18" x 13" x 8.5" maximum
Purses/handbags: 12" x 6" x 12" maximum

Where do I park?
There’s NO public parking at LCC, except handicap stalls (first-come, first-served). That being said, we have a ton of options for you!
How often do the trains come?
Trains will come to each station every 10 minutes!
How much are the shuttles?
Shuttles are free to ride courtesy of Megabon!
General Admission is $1! You can buy your tickets in advanced on our website. On the day of event, we will have QR codes to purchase or we can accept cash payments.
How much is admission?
Do I need scrips?
Scrips are only needed for our games! All other vendors will be accepting cash or credit cards.
When does the event begin?
3pm - Early Access
3:45pm - Doors Open to General Public
4:15pm - Program Starts
5:00pm - Bon Dance Starts
Will there be an open eating area?
We will have an open eating areas scattered around the venue. First-come, First! Map coming soon!
Can I bring my own chair?
Absolutely! If you plan to sit around the yagura (center stage), then we highly suggest bringing your own chair.
When does the event end?
Program ends at 9pm.
Last Shuttle Bus leaves LCC at 9:30pm.
Everyone needs to be off premise by 10:15pm.
When does the last Skyline Depart LCC?
Westbound (to Pouhala Waipahu Transit Center) 10:22pm
Eastbound (to Kalauao Pearlridge) 10:13pm
